Druid Subclass - The Circle of Seas (D&D 5e)

When you consider that 71% of the world is water, isn't it insane that there's no druid circle specifically for the seas? Insane. Time to fix that.

The Circle of Seas contains druids who safeguard water in all its forms - from the vast ocean of the Sea of Swords to the bogs and marshes of Chult, druids of this circle channel water's tempestuous nature - even when their quests find them on land.
